French e-invoicing
French invoicing entities can now send domestic B2B e-invoices through a Plateforme Agréée (PA) directly from Hyperline. You can use Hyperline or connect your Pennylane account as your PA.
French e-invoicing through a PA is currently in beta while the connected French systems complete their rollout.
Invoice previews
You can now preview the first invoice before confirming a subscription and view the next invoice or credit note for an existing subscription.
Customer Intelligence integrations
Customer Intelligence now connects to Help Scout, Granola, Outlook and Microsoft 365, and Pappers. These sources bring more support conversations, meeting notes, emails, and company data into each customer profile. They complement existing integrations with Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom, Front, Plain, Pylon, Zendesk, Gmail, Google Meet with Gemini, Claap, and Grain.
Customer Intelligence is currently in beta and available through private access.
More configurable invoice
Invoice settings are now organized by invoicing entity, with a preview that reflects the entity you are editing. You can add document fields using customer custom properties and review the result before saving.
Company autocomplete
When creating or editing a customer, you can now search official company registries and prefill billing information from the selected company. Autocomplete is available across ten countries (including France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands), reducing manual entry and helping keep customer details accurate.
Manager-based approvals
Members can now be managed separately in production and sandbox accounts, so you can invite someone to test mode without granting access to production. You can also assign a manager to each member and filter your team by role, status, or manager. Quote approval workflows can use Manager of quote owner as the approver. This routes each quote to the right manager automatically and keeps the workflow up to date when team assignments change.
Payment allocations
Hyperline now separates financial movements from the way funds are applied. A transaction records a payment, refund, or chargeback, while an allocation links all or part of that amount to an invoice, credit note, or wallet. You can now use one transaction across several invoices, keep funds unallocated until needed, and move an allocation from one invoice to another. A new Transactions tab brings these movements and their history together on the customer page. You can also record payments, refunds, and chargebacks processed outside Hyperline. When charging an invoice, choose a customer payment method and collect either the full balance or a custom amount.
Required custom properties
Custom properties can now be required on customers, products, subscriptions, and invoices. Hyperline prevents a record from being created or saved until the required business information is complete.
Retroactive changes
Subscriptions can now be cancelled retroactively within the current billing period. You can issue a prorated or custom credit note, or cancel without adjusting the current invoice.
