# Create an agent rate card

> Make a new card. An `llm` row states as much as it wants to constrain — provider, model, both, or neither — and the most specific matching row prices a call. `fallback_per_usd` prices anything the card does not name, off the USD price registry. `denomination` and `currency` are fixed at creation.
